Adopt-a-Highway Collects Milkweed Seeds

We held our third Adopt-a-Highway work party at the Big Milkweed Patch in Springfield on Saturday September 28. Thanks to Geri Baxter, Peter James, Chris Janofsky, Rick Ahrens, and Sharon and Jim Blick for volunteering. We picked up 10 bags of litter and collected 75 pods of milkweed seeds.
